Sushi, bakery, and coffee sit together under a refurbished kiosk and pergola. Tsubu Sushi, Plume Coffee, and Bakery Kiosk sit in a freestanding central kiosk refurbishment. The project is an architectural renovation of the kiosk pergola with cafe interior design elements within Liverpool Hospital’s lush green courtyard. The kiosk offers sushi takeaway under the Tsubu Sushi brand and coffee and bakery products under the ‘Plume’ cafe brand.
