O'Gorman & Partners Estate Agency has completed a brand & architectural makeover with The Great Indoors (Architecture & Interior Design), Born and Raised (Brand Design). The site occupies a prominent corner site at 130 Avenue Road, Mosman. The business has been well established within the area for 35 years. However, it needed a new brand and complementary architecture to boost its market position in a competitive real estate landscape. The Great Indoors followed key brand concepts created by Born and Raised as inspirational devices to create an interior design of dark warm timber palette and rich materials whilst anchoring an informal client reception space with private & semi-private meeting rooms, kitchen and workspace leading to revitalised outdoor space.
