Our project approach was focused on putting the customer at the forefront of the experience. A series of customer journeys formed a framework for the layout and individual neighbourhoods a customer may visit and follow upon the sales journey and path to purchase. The interior design concepts flowed from the natural materials and beauty of the new urban and living development proposed in south-western Sydney. Brand and digital elements communicated and supported the sales team and customer during the exploration, purchase, and sale of land and sales packages.
