The Craveable Brands Team engaged the Great Indoors to develop a new generation of drive-thru concept store designs across Australia, commencing with Craigieburn, Victoria and Mt Ommaney in Queensland. The concept aligns with the new brand direction ‘Aussie Legends’ to revitalise the Red Rooster brand in bringing customers the best food & dining experience for roast chicken offer in Australia. Red Rooster also offers the capacity for drive-thru & home delivery. The concepts challenge the previous design formats, kitchen layouts, and store efficiencies. The new design format has been creatively explored within a free-standing store and the refurbishment of an existing food tenancy for both initial sites.
