KIOSK

The development of the brand and the interior design originated from the name, Sushi Umi, which means ‘sea’ or ‘ocean’ in Japanese. The design inspiration comes from nature, with a focus on the shapes and colours of water, particularly in the countertop treatment and front tiles. It was essential to make an impact and differentiation in this site from the Woolworths shopfront behind the kiosk.
